USA Technologies, a company that creates cashless transaction solutions for a wide array of industries, was looking for an identity and website that were more approachable and modern. Leveraging their internal company nickname of USAT, I created a clean and sophisticated mark that updated their corporate color palette of red, white, and blue while visually suggesting a card swipe slot—the most common use of their technology. For their website, a clean and responsive design combined with an audience self-selector to create an approachable and easy-to-use interface.

Building off of their corporate rebrand, USAT was interested in creating a consumer loyalty program that it could roll out to vending machine industry channel partners. This program would allow consumers to not only purchase items without using cash or debit cards, but also to gain loyalty points and redeem them for benefits.
The service needed a name and branding, which I distilled down to the simple notion of "more," and an m that has, well...a bit more to it. To bring potential partners up to speed, I also created a welcome kit that the channel partners could use to advertise their participation in the program, promote the benefits to their customers, and actually enroll customers in the program.
Comprised of three color-coded cylinders, the more. welcome kit comes shrink wrapped in a white sleeve with a perforated zipper pull. Each cylinder contains a themed set of items: For Your Information includes a welcome booklet and USB drive with digital promotional materials, For Your Locations houses identification stickers for participating vending machines and leave-behind promotional coasters, and For Your Customers holds rolled promotional posters and stacks of membership cards/key tags.
